I bought two of these bottles for my kids, I was super excited for the cute design and an affordable price with a "leak proof gaurantee" however; on the first day of using they are leaking everywhere! Water seems to just bubble out of the top like a hose. When tipped over or upside down, the bottle contents spill.

Bought this at our local grocery store, it worked great for a few weeks then all of the sudden one day theres liquid ALL over my childs lunchbox. Tested it many many times to see if maybe i didn't tighten the lid enough, I did, water came out somewhere else. Super disappointed because its the perfect size for my kids lunchbox.

Not leakproof anymore.

Bought last week and was excited to have a cup similar to the contigo for my child at s cheaper price. I've never had issues with rummermaid. But unfortunately this didn't meet my expectations it leaks all the time. :(

I bought 2 of these leakproof chug spout 14oz water bottles for my grandkids. What a dissappoint! It leaks if cup sits and builds up pressure in the spout so that when you open it the liquid sprays out. Also if left open it starts to pool in the top and can spew out.Rubbermaid brand name usually means quality but not this time.

Got the pink version from our local grocery store & I am very disappointed.  I should've opened it up at the store to notice the tiny gasket inside the cap. I got home & originally thought this gasket area would a breeding ground for mold since you can't remove it. I was finally able to remove the rubber gasket after several attempts but now I can't put the gasket back in. Now we have a useless leaky cup since I'm not able to put the tiny black gasket back into the lid. In addition, the nooks & crannies (including the nooks & crannies) are hard to fully wash/clean by hand. Very poor design. Would not buy again nor would I recommend to anyone else.  In fact, I won't purchase anymore rubbermaid water bottles ever again.  I'll spend the extra dollars next time to splurge on better quality brands.

Terrible design!

Bought this water bottle for my toddler last week for back to school. I thought it'd be a cute water bottle for her to carry in her backpack. The cup leaked water all over my purse this morning - not impressed. It leaks when the spout is open and when it's closed. Wouldn't recommend.

Cup leaks despite being advertised as "leak proof"

They say it's leakproof but it's not. It was closed in my bag and it spilled everywhere in my bag. It's new, never been dropped and still spilled. I got one for my daughter and a bigger one for myself — what a waste of money!!!!!

Horrible water bottle

Hi...I just bought this and when doing the pre cleaning I noticed it leaks out the straw when flipped upside down.  This seems to be a common theme with this product.  Very disappointed.

a week ago I purchased the 32 oz leak proof water bottle and at first try it leaked all my water.  I tried it again thinking thaty I did not tighten the lid properly but everytime the bottle became empty without opening it.
