This system worked wonderfully to transform my teenage daughters horribly laid out, not sturdy, dysfunctional, tiny, way too full closet into more space than she can fill. And it actually looks good. I was able to set it up for her exactly how I had it pictured in my head, and I'm not worried it's gonna collapse under the weight. 
My only suggestion for anyone looking at or buying this is to invest in a stud finder (they don't have to be expensive) and *actually measure* your space to be sure it will work for you.

Perfect for us!

This is a great system if you have a small closet but need a lot of space. I was able to install this mostly by myself with a hand every now and then. The instructions were a little difficult to understand at first but once you get started its just common sense. My closet is a little over 4ft and it fit very well, the closet has a strong hold. If your looking for a great affordable closet this is a great choice.

Amazing Closet System!

This product has improved our small walk in closet so much! I used one complete kit and part of the second in our 5' x 5' master. I will use the leftover shelves and verticals elsewhere, but I still think I spent less than if I had purchased elsewhere separately. My husband put it up in about 2 hours and everything was hung and put away that night. Very happy!

Rubbermaid 3' - 6' Closet Kit

It is a great way to organize and find everything in your closet. I already bought this from different store. Since they closed down I purchased it from Walmart. Ship to store service was great. Didn't take that long to install the closet kit. I wasn't able to find studs for the mounting rail but make sure you find stud where the rail overlaps. I used the anchors that came with and its holding up nice and strong.

Great product for closet organization

We bought this closet system for our 8 month old's bedroom. His closet was outdated and not functional so we ripped the old one out and bought this. This closet was easy to assemble in the configuration we wanted. We can also add pieces or change the configuration as time goes on and as our son's needs change. We will definitely purchase this product again for another closet we will be redoing. We are completely pleased with this product!

Better than expected

My closet has an awkward element (a doorbell voltage regulator) that said, this was fairly easy to do an off the books custom job. I now have three shelves, two hanging racks, even a low place for some shoes or purses, all in a 5' closet... This gave me almost triple the space. Love that I can add drawers or other things too!

Great for small closets

Great product we recently bought a 50+ year old fixer upper and had to gut the whole house so I wanted to give the closets an update.  So we bought three kits 2 for the kids room and 1 larger one for the master.  Because of that we have a lot of extra pieces that can be used in either room to create additional options.  My only complaint is that the 2 smaller kits had I piece that is defective on the bars that you move around to secure the unit.  They kept popping off other than that I would have gave it 5 stars.

Kids room

The included drywall anchors were designed to ensure no one would believe this item was “too good to be true”. With its good quality and cheap cost, this item would be too hard to believe.  Obviously, they had to include these upsurd drywall anchors so no one would feel undeserved ;). If you bring your own anchors to the party? Oh man, you'll probably finish the installation with a child like wonderment of rainbows and afternoon naps :)

This shelving system is convenient. We have assembled many shelving areas by piecing together the parts from a home improvement center...this process is time consuming and can be expensive. It was nice to have everything together in a neat little box. However, some of the pieces were broken, bent, or damaged. It certainly wasn't a quality shelving system, but it served it's purpose. The system has been installed into my son's closet and works well.
