These are fantastic and have lasted my family through two school years. However, my kids have lost almost every lid to the 1.25 cup size now rendering these useless. We do not want to contribute to the waste problem by throwing them out and just want to buy a dozen or so lids. Can you hook a mom up, Rubbermaid??

Have tons of bowls like everyone else, but NO LIDS!!! They crack and that defeats their purpose right? I haven't bought more sets because I have soooo many bowls and don't need more!!! I thought going to the website would be the solution and I am hysterical reading all the LID posts!! Come on Rubbermaid get with the program! Guess I'll buy something else since clearly all those who have posted before me got no where!!

We needs lids! OMG! We lose them, we break them, whatever. How many people must post about this before you start selling the lids seperate? It's costing you profit. People will buy another product instead because you irritated them. Start selling replacement lids and your profits will skyrocket.

Those red lids are bad, they always crack. The newer blue ones, plastic middle, rubber outer sealing lip, they are awsome.

Do not microwave in these people. It burns them and that's what that white stuff that won't wash off is. (Also, you eat some of the chemicals these are made from when you do that)

I do not want to replace the entire container because I need a new lid, there is enough waste on this planet and every little bit will help. PLEASE become more environmentally conscientious and start selling replacement lids.

Lid replacement please

Love your easy find red lids, but it very wasteful to not be able to replace the lids, which do not last as long as the containers! I've been searching, but I'm unable to find them. Do not want to contribute to the pollution by throwing out good containers because lids are broken. Please provide a solution for us consumers! We use the 56 quart bins at work and we have the same exact problem. We should be able to purchase tops or bottoms separately, or they should come with 2 lids for each!! Please help!!

Love products but need replaceable lids!!

I'll join the chorus of those requesting a "lids only option." I can't believe that after all these years, Rubbermaid hasn't had hundreds or thousands of requests for replacement lids. The only reason I can think of that this hasn't happened is because they want to make people spend more money to buy whole new containers--WHAT A WASTE!!

Another Lid Seeker

Your glass storage containers with easy find lids are terrific, until the lids are lost or damaged.  Then they are needlessly headed for recycling or landfill.  It would be socially responsible to offer replacement lids and could be a profitable product that would be transformative on the subject of brand loyalty.

Great glass base...worthless without lid

Numerous containers become unusable because the lid is lost and rubbermaid will not provide any replacement lids. This actually happens across the entire rubbermaid storage container product line, be it food, soaps or heavy-duty Totes. I can't believe Rubbermaid is so dense and unresponsive to customer requests!

I bought this going by the reviews and also the fact that I have these containers in the smaller sizes. But this one is not air tight. I but my homemade chocolate chip cookies after they had cooled. By the next day, they were stale. This one leaks air and does not close as tightly as the smaller containers.

I loved the product.  I loved that they were square, made much more sense.  But I've noticed that the lids have a smell and tacky feel to them over time.  How long are these products suppose to last?  Do they need to be replaced every 3 years?  I've own Tupperware decades and only now do I notice the tacky touch to the lids.
