This cleaning kit is such a help in my home. The pads are microfiber and not only pick up dirt but also pet hair.  My floors are not only sparkling clean but also feel clean. No more grime transferring onto my feet. The pads are easy to attach to the mop. They're even easier to clean and I can put them in the washer when its time to clean them.

I love that mop it works well and it saves money  because you can wash the pads and use your own cleaning supplies it is great

This is a pretty good mop. However, the scrub pad of mine has come off & it's very important that I have that & I cannot find any way to replace it. I should not have to buy a whole new mop for that little scrubby pad!! No matter what I search for, all that comes up are the microfiber large pads.

I have only had this mop for 8 months. The sprayer quit working and it leaks. I really liked the mop but am frustrated that it doesn't work correctly already.

Frustrated

It's a great concept, but does not hold up. The first one I had, had trigger issues, the following 3 I had, have broken down where the bottle goes in. It rusts very easily and does not hold up! Not worth the money for the little use you get out of it. Unfortunately, where I bought it would only allow me to exchange and not get a refund!

Good concept, poor workmanship

I only purchased this item from this seller because I was supposed to receive three mop pads. Open the box and there's only one! Buyer beware! It will definitely be returned!

Did not receive what was advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] False Advertisement - Walmart provides a photo showing the mop with a refill bottle attached and a mop pad attached,  also showing in the photo are three additional mop pads and and two additional mop bottles.  There is no "in the box" description on the Walmart website.  When the product arrived it only contained one refill bottle and 3 mop pads.  IT WAS SHORT TWO REFILL BOTTLES AND ONE MOP PAD.   HD sells the same Rubbermaid Reveal Mop system for $29 less and it does provide the description of 1 mop refill bottle and 3 mop pads.  I was willing to pay the additional cost thinking that I was getting two additional refill bottles and the extra pads.  WALMART RIPPED me OFF!

This is not the full kit. You do not receive everything pictured. I did not get the extra pads or bottles.

Inaccurate image/description.

I purchased a SECOND Reveal Mop in January 2013. The FIRST one last me about 2 month, it also broke in pieces. I am not a professional cleaning I just use it on the kitchen. I cant believe that this happened again.
