They hold a lot more than what you can tell from the picture. I used them for food I was taking to Christmas dinner. One held an entire fresh pineapple that I cut up. I put spinach dip in another one. And I had a lot of hand dipped chocolate pretzels in the last one. I was so pleased with how much food you could get into one bowl. They opened and closed very easily. And of course they washed up really well. They would be perfect to take a salad for lunch.  I highly recommend these. I would also buy them for myself.

Leak proof Tupperware by Rubbermaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a bit of a container freak and i somehow didn't have any this size this is perfect for salads and pasta and honestly anything but I've been getting so much use out of them and they haven't discolored at all or anything very happy with them! Haven't had any spills or leaking either which is a big plus!

Love this set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very convenient to bring to family gatherings such as Thanksgiving and Christmas to bring home leftovers in, or to have on hand to send home with others and not have to worry about getting them back. Each tub holds around 5 cups of food, so you can make individual meals in each one or fill them individually with each food item. They are dishwasher safe on top rack only, can be frozen, and microwavable, but because they are plastic, I wouldn't recommend doing any of those personally for health reasons.
