[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very sparkly and beautiful! My granddaughter loves it. Just a few minor mis-sewn spots but not all that noticeable.

walmart.com

My daughter looked amazing in this. It was the perfect fit

Dorothy

The fabric inside the dress is super scratchy and my toddler wouldntwear it. Need a onesie underneath.

Cute but scratchy!

I got this for my granddaughter for her 4 year birthday. She loved it! I also got the child dorothy wig, the ruby slippers, and the toto in the basket. She didn't want to take the outfit off. So pleased with this item :)

Wizard of oz dorothy costume

The zipper in back was sewn crooked, the lace layer in front of dress is shorter than blue pattern layer so you cannot see the lace, the straps in the front and back of dress are unequal lengths so they all lay differently and it looks uneven. Very disappointed.
