This is an extremely useful book. It is written in such a way that anyone can understand and learn from it. I bought it as a gift for my brother who will be starting to play rugby in the spring. I played Rugby in college and wish I would have had this book then. Whether you just want to understand it while watching it on TV, want to play better, coach better or referee I think everyone could find this book useful.
