Great Quality

Absolutely great deal! I highly recommend. 
Especially for the little ones; handle height settings I'd say work great for 3-6yrs, then you might have to size up (rated for 90lbs max)
Good width deck, very decent steering, x3 easy to adjust height settings.

I will say the picture shows multi-colour LED wheels; 
ours(black model) only has red lights…no one else noticed or cared but me, lol(boyz).

Great starter scooter - BUY IT!

They boys have scratched it up pretty bad with only a few tries, and it looks awkward to steer but my 5yr old LOVES it. 3yr old has a love-hate relationship with it but is coming around I think. The lights excite them both

Great for a first scooter

My grandson was riding on the scooter and fell forward. When he stood up the handle had broken off completely. I was shocked and surprised that this could happen on a toy for a child. Returning it in the next day or 2 for refund. Not impressed with the Rugged Racer Mini 3

Bad material

Factory defective. Impossible to put it together due to a giant ball of plastic that is melted where the handle should insert. Cheap material (cheap price). My kids only got to unwrap it from under the Christmas tree because it cannot be assembled.
