Attractive shiny metal toaster that lights up with blue lights. Buttons control the heat and there is one for bagels. When you toast just one slice of bread, the crust toward the other side gets singed a little. I just scape it off. The warming rack comes in handy if you have a left-over hamburger and want to warm the bun a little.

I've gotten rid of 3 toasters in the past year. All fails and much more expensive. 

This is a great toaster. Perfect every time. Looks really nice on the counter. Added bonus is the warming rack. Only drawback is the slots are a bit shallow (vertically) so some slices (occasionally) may protrude from top but excellent otherwise. Would buy again.

Expensive but worth it

Very nice product.  It toasts pretty well. more overall than the last two toasters I have had. So far so good.

Good for long slices of bread.  Its width takes up less counter space .

This toaster gets incredibly, dangerously HOT! Upon my first use (to burn off the factory oils), and as soon as it was cool enough, I boxed it up and began the return process
