I bought 3 spray cans of this a couple of weeks ago.  One of the cans sprayed for about 4-5 seconds and then stopped. I have cleaned spray cap with lacquer thinner to no avail. I have shaken can for 5 then 10 minutes with no avail. How can I return this or get a credit?  I am now ordering 3 more cans.
