Provides a uniform coat with a decent finish.

Can be affordable, but prices vary greatly depending on usage.

Provides a layered finish when applied in light coats.

Can be vibrant, but also inconsistent across batches.

This is a great topcoat for all colours.I find that white and black makes the best undercoat.It takes a little practice to get the right coverage but it is a nice effect.I recommend this spray paint.

It does what is expected of it. Just know it needs a main base layer. Black will show up black, so I suggest buying and using gray as a base to achieve the color on the can for this.

It's gorgeous paint unfortunately I thought it was for exterior (my bad) the finish is really nice but it's definitely a built up light coats work best

I had read that people used this to change ugly old countertops into nicer ones.  I figured I had nothing to lose so tried it on a small countertop I had.  Primed first then made several coats until I liked the look.  Shook the can regularly to keep the solored strand effect even.  Once dry I put 3 coats of polyurethane smi gloss over it!  Amazing look and I love it!!!!

Good Spray Product

Looks very pretty. I made mistake of using mine outdoors and it rained so it got messed up but an indoor project would be beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because Rust-Oleum quality is gone down over the years. Most likely based on California VOC standards which is a bunch of ***** that us's customers have to suffer the consequences of an inferior product

I like the results, but this needs better instructions, so here goes:

1) Do NOT use a primer as indicated. Primer will probably be the wrong color.

2) Instead, DO use a base color paint which matches (which can go over primer, of course). This is critical. The under-color WILL be visible unless you do five or six coats (yes, that much)

3) DO use a clearcoat over it. 

4) Do NOT apply additional coats after 15 minutes. The dry time is a lot longer than indicated. Wait a while. Keep waiting. It should be tack-dry. NOW you're ready. Doing this too early will blow away the old finish and mess up your project. 

And the instructions say this, but just do reiterate, this is for INDOOR use. There are many reviews which used this outdoors. And many snarky comments from Rust-Oleum about that. 

I like Rust-Oleum.

its gray very gray.  The picture on the site seems to look more pinkish to me and I had to buy a different color to spray over

I had high hopes for this to cover my pots for my plants and make them look stone without the weight of a stone planter hanging from my ceiling. This was a disapointment to say the least. I used nearly the whole bottle and could not get any coverage even after letting layers dry and putting more. this was just not at all what I expected and I will never repurchase nor recommend.
