This WORKstation sink from Ruvati's Roma series was designed with RV and Tiny Home customers in mind, but can be a perfect fit for any kitchen where you want to maximize utility within a small space. The sink comes with built-in accessories (colander and cutting board) that fit nicely on top of the sink, so you can do your prep work right on top of the sink. The solid cutting board is constructed of sapele wood (African Mahogany) - a luxurious hardwood that has a beautiful finish and handles water well. It covers the entire sink bowl, thus converting your sink into a countertop when you need. Also included is a a 5-inch deep stainless steel colander that you can use as a strainer or a drying caddy. The sink features a thick solid 8 gauge (1/4-inch thick) rim all around that sits topmount on your countertop. The rest of the sink is constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel, one of the thickest steel available for residential kitchens. Ruvati uses T-304 grade stainless steel with a 18:10 Nickel:Chromium content ensuring that your sink is completely resistant to rusting. Thick heavy-duty soundguard coating and thick rubber padding on the outside of the sink bowl on all sides provide sound insulation against noise and thermal insulation against condensation. The inside of the sink and the rim is finished in commercial grade brushed finish which adds to the beauty of the sink. The slanted bottom of the sink and the drain grooves channel water towards the drain. The sink comes with bottom rinse grid that protect the sink from scratches, and also acts as a dish drying rack. Exterior dimensions: 21" (wide) x 20" (front-to-back). Interior bowl dimension: 19" (wide) x 14-1/2" (front-to-back). Bowl Depth: 10". Minimum Base Cabinet Size: 24" wide. Standard 3.5" drain opening will fit any garbage disposal unit. Included in box: Sink, Cutting Board, Colander, bottom rinse grid, basket strainer drain assembly, cut-out template, mounting clips. We love the large square sink and that it dips just enough in the middle to drain all the water out.  We use the cutting board all the time, and the folding drain rack, is perfect and space saving. Classic Design

It replaced our divided stainless steel tub and it feels like we have so much more sink than is possible in the same footprint as the old.  I love the drying rack. It is my favorite accessory.  The cutting board is nice and the strainer is great for cleaning and preparing vegetable.

The sink we didn't know we needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly didn’t realize how much I would love a workstation sink until installing this Ruvati one. It has quickly become one of my favorite upgrades in my kitchen.

The built-in ledges and accessories make prep work so much easier. I can chop, rinse, and prep everything right over the sink without taking up counter space. The cutting board and colander are the accessories I use the most, and they slide back and forth smoothly which makes the whole setup really convenient.

The sink itself feels extremely solid and well made. The stainless steel is thick, durable, and easy to clean. I also appreciate how deep the basin is—it hides dishes better and prevents splashing.

What surprised me the most is how functional it made my kitchen feel. It’s one of those upgrades you don’t realize you need until you have it, and now I wouldn’t want to go back to a regular sink.

If you’re considering a workstation sink, I highly recommend Ruvati. It’s practical, well designed, and makes everyday kitchen tasks a lot easier.

The Kitchen Upgrade I Didn’t Know I Needed

The add-ons (e.g., cutting board, drying rack, and drop in colander) were well thought out.  Only one problem: the sink is completely flat on the bottom, which results in crumbs, etc. not automatically draining.  Overall, I'd recommend this sink.

Great Sink

Just Ok

Unfortunately, this sink was poorly designed without enough slope for the food particles to drain. Hopefully they can redesign for the future. Otherwise I’d avoid it.
