Thesevlittle smoked sprats are the tastiest things ever..very addictive!  Totally carnivore and keto friendly..I just drain the canola oil off.

I tried a few, to me best to worst:
1-Brunswick ok
2-millionnaire ok 
3-Grace ok
4- S&F very smokey
5-Clover leaf ok
6-Marshall sardine - taste ok few scale and need can opener
7-AA-1 - taste ok lots of scale and need can opener

Great

OK.  I went to buy these...but...I seen the tomato based ones next to it on sale for $3.97 a jar.  Naturally, I got the ones on sale.

HOWEVER, these smoked ones are DIVINE.  Highly recommend to anyone who loves fish.  They are some of the best sprats you can find....in the world.  Blown away these are even for sale at Wal-Mart.

But, the tomato sauce ones...when I say grab THESE instead, especially if they're cheaper...DO IT.  I just had 4 as a lil' snack...and I am blown away.

Not a heavy or acidic tomato taste, more sweet than anything.  This is like fish candy.  This is very healthy for you, just eat them as is.  I would have 4-5 as a lil' snack...and the jar would be gone over the course of a week.  I try to have sardines/sardinas/sprats at least one week out of every month just to get some goodness into me.

A hidden treasure...

These are tiny and perfect and look appealing in the jar. It's nice to keep them in the fridge for a snack, as sometimes opening a whole can is too much and canned sardines are usually bigger and not as tender. Highly recommend!!

Tasty baby sardines with a great smokey flavor. Much cheaper than the Clover Leaf bristling sardines. Great when entertaining or bring to parties!

It tastes like liquid smoke not actual smoked fish. It is smaller in size than the picture looks. It has a strong nauseating taste.

I was looking forward to trying these until I saw they are packed in Canola oil! Companies have to stop this !
