did i say that i love it because i do. let me state it a why. usb type-c connectivity now i can carry only one adapter that can power my phone, laptop, projector and anything else that can be powered by the usb type-c. smartthings app compatibility works flawlessly everything from controlling the projector,  tap projector to screen mirror, the calibration and ambient mode has limitless possibility. the projector is easily manageable and configurable in so many different angles via  this stand. wireless connectivity bluetooth  there's so many things that i love about the hardware. it's really limitless the uses on travel and at home. the only downfall is not being able to connect it to my google assistant. this thing will turn on when my phone is close come on that's sick. i love it!

i've used the freestyle for just over a week. i project onto my ceiling & get about 60" in width. the picture is clear, audio is great, and it's intuitive to navigate.

connecting streaming apps (netflix, prime video, etc.) was really easy and i had no issues linking my accounts. downloading apps that weren't preloaded was easy as well. samsung tv plus is also a nice touch.

set up was also really easy using the manual option. there was a software update the first time i turned the projector on, and i believe that's solved the auto-focus/clicking noise issue others have mentioned. haven't experienced any of those issues. i barely hear the device when it's on.

overall a great product. simply amazing!

this is what i've been looking for for a few years! a small portable projector that i can plug my phone into and use camping without wifi. it took testing a few hdmi cords but i found one that works and i can plug my iphone into the projector and play anything from it. the picture quality is fantastic as i've been testing it in my house, i cant wait to try it out in the woods on the side of my camper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This projector actually blew me away. I am used to the light from a projector being annoying and not good enough to look at but this projector must have something HD or very high quality in it since it gives off an amazing view. It also self adjusts to many different screen areas which was very shocking to see in action and to see just how accurately is was able to adapt even every few seconds if you keep moving it. The fact that it is portable means I can have a screen in my bedroom or even on the ceiling! The sound loudness and quality is good enough but not amazing but it works well! The product also looks very sleek and modern and is easy to plug in and get going. It also seamlessly connects to my Samsung Smart Things app which is another reason I am slowly becoming Samsung for almost everything. For all the above reasons, this projector blew me away and deserves the highest praise.

after a bad car accident years ago laying in bed watching tv  was impossible. now i can lay in bed and watch whatever i want on my ceiling clearly. that is worth the money alone. there are software issues and i am sure samsung will fix (based on their history). i am slightly biased since i am a huge samsung fan. all my appliances, tvs, phones, tablets, and watches are samsung. i own 2 other small portable projectors but this one is the best because of the angle from the head of my bed to the ceiling.

i was writing a review with conerns about the laggy interface. went to take pics for the review and discovered the interface is fixed! that is great news, because it would have been a deal breaker.

pic is nice, sound is good, voice control doesn't seem to work well. auto keystone could be better, had to use manual mode. at least now it is quick to get there. overall i like it.

Nice picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have the right idea, but the processing speed is absolutely sub par. I understand that it's benefit is that it is mainly for portability, but this product could be much better. Also, the need to purchase a battery for an absurd amount with a product that boast about portability is ridiculous.

The projector was working fine but a few days back it started giving us a message that the microfone on remote is turned off and it just keeps giving us that even when we have not pressed any button and we do not want to use the voice function anyway. It is kind of frustrating to get that notification repeatedly while watching something as it ruins the experience.

System Error has to be resolved

Not satisfied at all. Very dim light, need to plug in all the time and was expected better quality picture for $. Love Samsung's TV and Laptop but very disappointed for projector. Other brand has much better picture quality with higher lumens and less than half price.
