SANIFLO Sanicondens Best Flat Neutralizer Granules

HOW IT WORKS: Saniflos neutralizing granules neutralize the condensate by raising the pH levels of harsh condensate to a more balanced level.  WHY A NEUTRALIZER IS NECESSARY: The typical condensate from a condensing boiler has a pH level of 3.2-4.5, which is acidic enough to leave stains  ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY: Neutralized condensate prevents the corroding of drain and sewer systems while being more environmentally friendly. Saniflos products can accomplish this by raising pH levels on harsh condensate from HVAC applications.  INGREDIENTS: 50% Magnesium hydroxide, 50% Magnesium oxide. Make sure to wear protective gear as with any chemicals that are handled (gloves, eyewear, coveralls, facemask).  KEEP YOUR SYSTEMS CLEAN AND HEALTHY: Kill shrubs, and eat away cast iron drainage systems, therefore keeping your system healthy is vital.

Easy to use. Came in a jug with easy pour spout to fill condensate tray. No dust, no mess. Exact amount needed for refill.

The product is what I wanted but, it's not enough limestone to fill a normal sized acid neutralizer for a tankless hot water heater which is disappointing given the cost.   I wouldn't have purchased it knowing it less than half of what I needed.  Weight is a useless measurement when you need a particular volume of pellets.   I won't be buying this product again.

Right product wrong amount.
