I have old cabinets with scratches and some water drip stains. Old English word really nice on the wood and made it look brand new again. Definitely recommend.

I bought both the Dark and Light. I wish they had a Medium too, I would have gotten that.

I had first tried some markers for touching up. SO GLAD I tried them in a inconspicuous place, they failed badly.

This stuff is awesome. The markers might seem more convenient, and less likely to drip or stain the fingers, but the ones I had were more like a paint and failed. These bottles are great in that they have a great control on the flow. You just need a rag to put it on, and it did a fantastic job making worn out spots on old cabinets blend or disappear completely.

NOTE: Only issue was with the shipping, not the product. I was sent one order in two packages, and the boxes were so huge compared to the product I hate the waste in package materials, and space wasted in the shippers trucks, which means wasted fuel.

Great to cover up the wear on cabinets!

An  old time product that is as good as before.  Several months ago, I spilled a syrup like medicine on the desk we received as a housewarming present many years ago.  The syrup was removed and most of the pecan color restored - not 100% but close enough to be acceptable to me.

I have used the polish for dark wood for 50 years, so I decided to try the light wood product on my lighter furniture.  It worked beautifully, removing scratches and buffing up to a great shine

This light wood scratch cover works great and is hard to find.  Glad to see it can be ordered and picked up in store.  Works nicely on honey colored stained and light oak paneling, cabinets and molding.

It's a good product.

I used it on gunwood trim, and a medium dark oak drawers and it did what I wanted.
I have hardwood floors. Oak, and the scratches going across the grain were high lighted  when used. Maybe if the scratches were with the grain it would have worked

Definitely helps

I bought this in hopes that it would spruce up my cabinets in places where the finish has faded, like along some of the cabinet door edges and around the knobs.  The application process was very easy, although I should have worn gloves to protect my fingers from staining.  The Old English did help to disguise the faded areas a bit at first, but within a few days, all of the previously faded areas were again looking faded.   I also noticed that the areas where I applied the Old English initially looked shiny, but the shiny areas soon faded to dull spots that can still be seen from certain angles over 3 months later.  I won't ever buy this again, since it's just not worth spending the time and money if the results don't last for more than a few days.  I'm including photos showing examples of what the faded areas looked like within about a week of applying the Old English.
