These sponges are amazing. I love how powerful but gentle these Scrunges are. The wavy side is great for getting food grime off plates, and you don't really have to worry about them getting trapped in the sponge. They really make washing dishes, pots, and pans so much easier. They also seem so much sturdy and durable - great product.

Best sponges!

I received this product to test as part of ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club.

I don't really pay too much attention to the type of sponges I purchase provided they get something done for dirty dishes. But the Vileda Scrunge proved to be a small but mighty competitor. 

In terms of effectiveness, Scrunge does a good job in removing a wide variety of stains, from grease and oils to liquid and food residues. I used it on a Teflon®-coated frying pan without any problems or scratches. I also used the sponge on a few glasses that were hand-etched and not safe for use in the dishwasher.

You'll also find that Scrunge has a slightly flexible body that bends to certain utensils when washing, allowing you to get into small or deep spots for a better cleaning.

Overall, I would purchase this product and recommend it to others as a sponge that can get the job done when you need it.

Good for Removing Many Varities of Messes

I tried Videla scrunge for three weeks and it is still alive, not like other products that are done after two weeks. Very resistant not broke easily. Thanks to chickadvisor for it #gotitfree. I found it is a must in my kitchen.kitchen.

Wonderful

I had the opportunity to receive this package of scouring sponges (3) of the brand Vileda by Chickadvisor and this, completely free of charge in order for me to test it and share my experience by after. To start, I want to go there with the facts which for me are really breathtaking !!! There was a good time already or I no longer bought this type of sponge to clean both my dishes and my sink, etc., for various reasons like the fact that the foul smell often arrived too quickly on this one. this and I threw it away. Also, either the efficiency was not at the rendezvous as promised but still, the anti-scratch was not really there ... So I was content with the good old washcloth ;-) But, after having tried this Vileda sponge which '' fragments and lifts dirt without scratching, which lasts 20% longer than other sponges thanks to its technology and which is resistant to odors '' !!!! Yes !!! Already, after a week of daily use, the smell is neutral !!! Unfortunately, in my photos before and after cleaning my sink with the sponge, they do not do justice to the real cleanliness of it. There are places where I usually use a toothbrush to clean and there I was able with the corner of the sponge to clean !!!! Delighted I am !!! For my non-stick pans I was a bit back at the start and finally it was very good, without scratches, as cleanliness as I like !!! In short, I will start buying these scouring sponges again, not just any ;-) It will be Vileda! Thank you very much ChickAdvisor ! For reasons that do not belong to me, I can not enter my photos, I am sorry for this inconvenience, however, they are on the site of ChickAdvisor and Instagram. )

They are back in my kitchen !!!

I'm very impressed by these Vileda sponges! I'd used similar sponges before but always found that the scrubber portion would fall about and become a little gross after a time. I've been using this heavy-duty "scrunge" for a bit now though and both sides have been holding up very well. I also love that these sponges don't smell bad, don't feel or look gross after some use, and that they also haven't been falling apart. It drives me nuts when I'm scrubbing away at a dish, and flecks of sponge start coming off. It's gross and it indicates a poor quality product for me. So, overall, I would give these Vileda "scrunges" 5 out of 5 stars!

My go-to sponge!

I was lucky to get to try this product for free but to be honest it is great. Seeing the price at Walmart for a fairly good price and I'm convinced I will be buying these again. Usually I buy store brand as I like things inexpensive but tended cleaned so much better with much less work. I always hand wash pots and pans and use a lot of sponges camping so am excited that dishwashing with be easier with no majorly added price. I used them twice today and they still look great

Great product great price

I was sceptical to try a sponge at first, i did not realize there could be so much thought put on.
So i was surprised to confirm that it's not just a regular sponge, it has a wavy design that gives you a great grip and that makes a difference!
On 5op, you get two different functionalities on each of its side: abrassive vs smooth. A must tool for your kitchen

Wave shape

I've been using this sponge for about 10 days.  It cleans much better than my previous sponge.  I definitely need to use less strength and arm motion to get stuck on food cleaned off.  It is still working well even though we have been doing a ton of dishes and cleaning.

Sturdy, durable sponge

This double sided sponge is your go-to cleaning tool for the kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom (1 sponge per room of course). You can save some of your elbow grease and let this sponge do the work I would love to see how long this sponge last, as an everyday every use tool. The price is great too, because you know it's great quality, with 2 surface types and would last longer than a dollarstore sponge.

Cleaning made easy

I was one of the lucky members to try out the Vileda Scrunge! I have tested this product in my kitchen. What I found was it works well at cleaning grimy and greasy dishes and gives you a little bit of elbow grease to remove stuck-on food pieces. I didn't have to scrub hard to remove stuck-on food. I like that the other side is a sponge so you have to option to use that for dishes that don't require the extra elbow grease. The product has stood up to multiple washes and is still intact. Works for cleaning stuck-on food from my stove as well and it didn't scratch.

One of the cons is that I found for burnt pots/pans I couldn't get it off with the Scrunge. I had to revert to steel wool to get this off my stainless steel pots and pans.

Scrub scrub

I received this item for free from Chickadvisor in exchange for my honest review.

I was excited to try this out as I am a fan of the Vileda wand type brushes.  Sadly I wasn't a huge fan.  First off the feeling of the sponge was weird, the blue part almost felt like it was wet, even though it wasn't.  

I tested the scrunge alongside my Norwex netted dish cloth to see how they compare and the Norwex cloth blew the Vileda one out of the water. I had some stuck on spots on a dish that I tried to get off with the Vileda scrunge and they would not budge using either side, the Norwex cloth removed them instantly.

I won't be buying these in the future, I'll stick with my Norwex which can be washed and reused.
