My hunt for a good top coat is over!!  This product is everything I could hope it to be.  I did my manicure 5 days ago and my nails look perfect.  Not a single chip and that's unusual.  I do wear gloves whenever I'm doing dishes or cleaning.  But I always have and I'd still have chips showing up especially after a few days.  Not using this Seche Vive.  I actually scrubbed my old porcelain kitchen sink a couple of days ago and my nails looked like I just finished a manicure when I removed my gloves.  That was the final test.  It's so great to find a product that works so beautifully.

Finally...This is now my forever Top Coat!!

I absolutely love this top coat! I was hesitant to purchase it at first because of how pricey it is and wasn't sure if it would work but it works amazing. It's like you just got your nails done at the salon. It dries your polish super fast and gives it a shiny gel finish.

Seche

Gives awesome glass-like shine very very close to gel. I use this exclusively on my toes because I can't justify the work of gel on my toenails and I do diy acrylic dip on my finger nails. You need to paint this on an hour or two before you plan to cover your feet (socks shoes bed sheets) because it takes a long time to dry and WILL smudge or imprint if not completely dry. Also important to know: this polish is thick like shellac and gets thicker over time. I actually bought a new bottle before finishing the first because it get thick like honey-consistency. This doesn't discourage me from using though...I really like this polish.

I've been using this topcoat for years and I do love it. It has a easy consistency to work with. Although I would say applying more gives a better gel effect. Also nicely priced. I wish the bottle was clear so I can see how much product is left as once you get low the topcoat becomes very thick and difficult to apply.

I tried this because I'm obsessed with the original top coat & it's great. Better than 99% of other top coats. But it can't touch the O.G. Seche top coat. It's the shiniest longest lasting most salon quality at home top coat out there.... Trust me I've tried them ALL.

Love this hate that the bottle doesn't last longer! It literally only lasts about 3 months or so. BUT this top coat looks so good!! It is super shiny and makes my manicure last so much longer than without a top coat! Good stuff definitely worth every penny!

Love this hate that

Much like the regular version of this it doesn't last long on the nails. Gets foggy and chips easily. I wouldn't say it's any better than the original. But it is a nice thick top coat which I like. I don't know if I would buy this specific one again though.

Meh.  I had high hopes for this top coat after reading other reviews.  I followed instructions carefully, using a quality base coat, two light coats of OPI nail lacquer,  and finally the top coat. It does leave a smooth, shiny finish, but the usual wear and tear on the nail tips began to show the next day.  Sally Hansen gel polish and gel top coat give me salon-quality results that last 10-12 days.

Disappointed

this"sèche vite" top coat, means dry fast in French, and ironically it does the exact opposite! not only it is super slow to dry even with a lamp, which is not necessary, but it also peel within an hour or so. 
cheap but definitely not good.
