First use gave very good results after steaming my laminated floor covered in dog paw prints! I purchased this as my robovac/ mop can't get to this room. This steam mop is easy to use and very efficient. It's pretty lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. The water container is a good size and lasted the cleanup of 3 large rooms. After cleaning it's easy to remove the steam pad and you can wash the pad in your washing machine. Black Friday prices helped in my decision but I would still pay its full value. Highly recommended.

No smears or streaks with this steam mop!

Shark Ninja

I bought this to replace my original model S3601A pocket mop that I had since 2012, so lasted 13 years. My floor area is much smaller than what I had bought the S3601A to clean so I thought this would be a nice smaller alternative.  It does a great job, but, if you really have some serious cleaning the S3601A is the top of the line. I LOVE Shark Ninja products. Get the Crispi!!!

Bought this as an upgrade to the old Shark steamer. I love the new feature of the water reservoir because it makes it much easier to fill. I love the change to the velcro pad because the old pads got to where they would not velcro shut after a few washings. The only drawback to this model is that the cord is not as long as the old model. Don't know why you would shorten the cord. Aside from the shorter cord we love it.

I'm really disappointed with this Shark steam mop. I've had it S3973 for only about three years, and I use it very lightly — maybe once or twice a month. Despite that, it suddenly stopped working properly. The steam now leaks from the top where the water tank connects to the mop body, and almost no steam comes out from the mop head.

I expected a Shark product to last much longer, especially with such minimal use. It's frustrating to see it fail so soon. Definitely not worth the price for the quality and durability.

Disappointed — Broke After Only Three Years with L
