The alarm clock offers easily accessible keyboard style controls. Want to turn pause the alarm for a few more minutes of sleep? Press the large snooze button right from your bedside. Need to turn off the alarm in a flash? Simply flip the alarm switch to OFF at the front of the alarm clock. This clock is electric operated; the battery backup does not power the clock. The battery backup is used for storing the time and alarm settings if the power is interrupted. During battery backup the clocks display will not be lit. Once the power is restored the display will re-light. Check the time to make sure it is accurate and adjust if necessary.

PERFECT!!!! I was looking for a small clock that would fit nicely on my nightstand. It measures just a bit over 4 inches wide. Perfect size. I wanted a clock with a loud alarm, red LED numbers, and an all black exterior. It is very easy to see at night, and very easy to use. Make sure to place 2 batteries in it for backup, if the power goes out, and you are all set!!! Love it!!! JH in South Dakota

This silent digital clock works great for the bedroom.  Three levels of brightness and the red color allows for easy sleeping.  Back up batteries work fine as well as the alarm.

Was way smaller then expected but numbers show big! Easy to program easy to travel with doesn't take up much room can be seen from any angle in the room very nice

It replaced my old one . I have had it for over 15 years, They last for a good long time.  It is visible from across the room.and it does not take up much room.

It was exactly what I expected it to be. Its purpose is served completely. I'm very happy with my purchase and will continue to purchase happily from Walmart.

This clock arrived right out of package missing the battery door. It was dusty on the top of the clock and I think I was sent a return. I hate returning anything, so decided to keep clock. It is right size for my bedside table. I like the feature of being able to choose the level of brightness for the numbers. I was very shocked that Sharp would sell a clock missing parts. I always thought of Sharp as a good brand. I feel I got ripped off with this purchase. Disappointed!
