It cooks evenly and is the perfect size for anything you're going to need. I just wanted something simple that I could figure out on my own that was going to last a long time.

We purchased a mounted 24 inch microwave in August 2023 (SN1461GS). In less than 2 years, the heating component stopped working. Since we did not have extended warranty, we were informed by customer service that we would need to purchase a new microwave at a discounted price and pay for  labor and installation. After expressing our disappointment about the inferiority of their product, customer service refused to waive the labor charge.We will not invest in any more Sharp products especially appliances. A quality product should last longer than 2 years.

Stopped working in less than 2 years

This product sucks - dont buy - lasted less than 2 years...enough said.
