Great machine!

I am new at sewing and this was my first time actually sewing, I was able to watch a couple youtube videos on the brand itself and started sewing right after. I have started making book covers, since they are easy to make. I am learning and getting comfortable with my machine. I really love how easy it is and so far no complaints. The reviews on this machine are very true and if you are planning to make this purchase go right ahead. I did not want to spend $100 on a cheaper machine that would not last. I took a leap of faith and I am loving it. It has the quilting extension that is great. Even if you don't see yourself quilting, it's useful and you never know. You may step out of your comfort zone once you realize how easy it is to do. :)

I have a manual quilting sewing machine and wanted to move up a level. I saw this at a great price at Walmart. It's electronic and has a multitude of stitches and can free hand quilt along with embroider. I haven't tried either one but I am extremely happy quilting with it.

Value for your money quilting machine

I bought two for my two Granddaughters…..one has had it longer and immediately starting making all kinds of make up bags with zipper, lining some then made a super cute jacket from a quilt. The other one is takin lessons but thrilled with the machine.

Amazing

Replacement for my great grandmas old singer that my sister in-law decided to donate instead of return.  You can't pick your relatives but you can pick a new sewing machine! It will be great to learn how start stop button technology works!!!

This machine I highly recommend. It's quiet when it runs and is great with all different fabrics. I like that the length of the chord for the foot pedal is long enough to put the machine on a standard height counter surface that is higher than desk height. Overall, the great machine.

Singer, sewing machine

It actually quit working and needed $100 worth of repairs after only using it for about two months. Everything I made was super simple and it decided to quit working. 

Very disappointed but what do you expect now that singer, like everything else, is cheaply made and all plastic.

Broke after 2 months of barely using it.

I could immediately tell that the quality was very poor when I opened it-- everything that could be plastic was, the cords were super short, and it bigger than it needed to be but not sturdy at all. Then when I started sewing on it the stitch lengths were super inconsistent (within the same seam!) and it started to smell like burning after about 10 seconds of sewing on a thin piece of cotton at a medium speed. I ended up returning it. Awful.

Don't waste your money!
