This machine is versatile and easy to use. I bought it to make a raw-edge appliqué quilt for my granddaughter, and the pre-programmed stitch styles have been such a bonus... I also like that I have the flexibility to adjust stitch length and tension with the easy-to-use buttons on the machine. The pdf manual gives clear instructions, and the sewing table attachment makes quilting much easier, too. Great little machine and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I bought two for my two Granddaughters…..one has had it longer and immediately starting making all kinds of make up bags with zipper, lining some then made a super cute jacket from a quilt. The other one is takin lessons but thrilled with the machine.

Purchased this as an early Christmas present for my wife - she picked it out and has been wanting to get back into sewing for a long time. I gave it to her early because she used it to make gifts for her family for Christmas. She loves it and uses it weekly.

I have a manual quilting sewing machine and wanted to move up a level. I saw this at a great price at Walmart. It's electronic and has a multitude of stitches and can free hand quilt along with embroider. I haven't tried either one but I am extremely happy quilting with it.

Great machine!

I am new at sewing and this was my first time actually sewing, I was able to watch a couple youtube videos on the brand itself and started sewing right after. I have started making book covers, since they are easy to make. I am learning and getting comfortable with my machine. I really love how easy it is and so far no complaints. The reviews on this machine are very true and if you are planning to make this purchase go right ahead. I did not want to spend $100 on a cheaper machine that would not last. I took a leap of faith and I am loving it. It has the quilting extension that is great. Even if you don't see yourself quilting, it's useful and you never know. You may step out of your comfort zone once you realize how easy it is to do. :)

First time sewer and I am VERY excited and happy!

My new Singer Patchwork machine is great.  There are a couple of things that are a little tricky. The button you push for a backstitch is not real responsive and it slows me down. I like the presets for stitches, keeps everything solid. I recently saw the Singer Patchwork Plus machine. I kind of wish I had found it  first when shopping for the Singer. This machine is going to be for quilting as I'm just now getting back into sewing again. I'm happy with my purchase!  No problems found. If I keep up on changing needles and presser feet for different jobs the machine works very well!

Solid Singer Sewing Machine!

This machine worked great untill it didn't.
When I first used this Singer Patchwork, it was okay. I could tell it was not the old Singer quality and it had some glitchy features, but overall it sewed well.
Less than one month of not heavy use and the top thread started jamming in the bobbin area. ( By the way there is no manual, you have to download it.)
Yes, I have done all the things; re-threaded a million times, changed bobbins, changed, needles, adjusted tension, taken the plate off and cleaned lint out etc.…. Still jams up!
This is the second Singer I have had which started issues within a month. Looks like it will be returned and will be buying a different brand. 
I wanted to like it, but it let me down.

Worked well untill it didn't!

It actually quit working and needed $100 worth of repairs after only using it for about two months. Everything I made was super simple and it decided to quit working. 

Very disappointed but what do you expect now that singer, like everything else, is cheaply made and all plastic.

Broke after 2 months of barely using it.
