[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised. This sewing machine has functioned well. Of course I had to use it a few times to figure out the quirks. I do reccomend for beginning sewers lightweight and easy to use.

i had a Singer sewing machine for over 50 years and was always happy with it; so when my daughter asked for a sewing machine, I knew immediately that I would her a Singer sewing machine as her Christmas gift.

It came with a bobbin full of thread. No spool for the top. She had to wait till our next outing to get to try out her gift. Otherwise it was very beginner friendly. I was able to teach a 710 and 211-year-olds how to so with my daughter's Christmas gift.

one already broke...Singer used to use all metal pieces but they hot cheap.

Machine is very lightweight and bounces when you sew.  The stitch lengths are preset and seem to be very short.  There is no adjustment to them   This machine might be okay for a beginner but I  do not recommend for someone who already knows how to sew.  I couldn't even  sew a straight seam to my satisfaction.

Return Singer sewing machine

This machine is terrible. It is so difficult to thread the needle and also bring up the bobbin thread. I purchased this to help teach my granddaughter to sew, but I have decided to return this sewing machine. I would not recommend buying this machine.

Very disappointed in the ‘accessories'. Many are missing!  I have 1 seam ripper, 3 empty bobbins, one package of 3 needles and a part to unscrew the screws on the plate feet cover.  I do not have any additional feet, which were advertised as included.  I am most disappointed that the buttonhole foot isn't included! I'm not sure but I think perhaps the add on Walmart doesn't match the product I received.  The add included 4 bobbins, seam ripper, buttonhole foot, needles, another foot and a few things I can't even identify!  $30 in accessories.  What I received is no way $30 of accessories!

This awful company Singer, put this sewing machine out there without any place to plug into the machine.  There's a black cord, at one end the plug that goes into the outlet and the other end into the machine except there's no place to attach it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No manual, no pictures online, no phone %23, and Walmart is showing a lot of false good reviews!!
