Please add more sand paper or advices to buy some , I was so ready to start my project that I couldn't do it because I didn't had any sand paper just the sing sheet that wasn't enough for one of the cabinet doors.

So far it has done exactly what I needed in a lightweight palm sander!

The 1/4 Sheet Palm Sander is wonderful for both my wife and myself. It is very easy to use. The the beginner, it may take a little time to get used trying to add sandpaper to the unit.
Today I went out bought a Skil Octo sander so we can use it in the tight spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Skill tools are high rated quality tools . I have a Skil circular saw ,  Skil corded  Power drill . The need for a Palm Sander presented it's self . WALMART had the best Price ( $20.00 to 50.00 less ) than  other Online Options .

My old sheet sander gave out after many years of faithful service. I've tried a palm sander with a hook and loop paper holder and it works ok, but the hook and loop paper looses it's grip after a few uses and the paper choice is limited. This sander does a vary good job and I can use any grit that is sold in the store. I have a few concerns which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The thin spring bars that hold the paper in place seem flimsy and I'm not sure how long they will last, and it takes more than a quarter sheet so You'll only get 3 uses out of a standard sheet.

Nice little sander

Like that it catches some of the dust which my old SKIL sander did not have. Do not like the wire clips which hold the sand paper. The spring loaded metal clips on my old sander worked much better. Could not get the sand paper that came with this unit to be held with the wire clips until I trim off the excess pad length.

Not as good as my old SKIL sander.

Nice light touch; the pressure control feature is great. Seems like the filter should catch more but wasn't breathing in much dust. Would also like the sheet holders to be a little more substantial to better hold onto generic sheets that are a bit shorter than Skil sheets. But overall, I like it.

Pressure control feature is great

It is the most economical palm sander you can get. It comes with only one P80 sander paper.  The nightmare is when you need  sandpaper replacement, they are no where to be found.  Skil doesn't make sandpaper for their own product! Without finding one with 6 holes aligned exactly to the sander for the vacuum feature to work, the dust is going to fly everywhere inside the house.  You may cut your own sandpaper from a large size sandpaper but without the holes,  it defeats the whole purpose of the vacuum feature of the unit.  So to summarize it, if you are going to treat it as a disposable sander after using the one and only P80 sandpaper that comes with it, be my guest.

Almost impossible to find replacement sandpapers!

While it appeared to sand well. It quit after 30 mins use and wouldn't restart. This happened with 3 separate sanders. There is definitely a design flaw with it.
