Great product. Fairly easy to assemble.  Daughter loves the even bounce, great for  gymnast.  I read some negative comments from other individuals that made the same purchase.  Unless they assembled the trampoline wrong, they should not have had any issues.

Ok. So I was super confused with the reviews some saying “it's easy to assemble” and some saying “it's so hard to assemble” I had no idea what to expect. The instructions ARE easy to understand, BUT you HAVE to pay CRAZY attention to the illustrations. There was like 4-5 times we had to undo things to fix our work. My husband was P***** OFF. But omg when we got to the springs that was HARD. My husband is 120 pounds soaking wet and disabled due to his back, he was finally able to do it but it's definitely easier for someone strong with more body weight to pull back those darn springs to stretch them over to the correct holes. Also, have someone else pushing against the frame while the other person pulls the springs into place. We took some conversation breaks here and there with friends that stopped by and our kids are 8, 6, 5, and the baby is 1.5 years old so parenting breaks also but in total it took us 6 hours to complete. Our bodies hurt. But the kids are so happy and that makes it worth it. OH and the enclosure is pre connected to the jump pad. DONT LET YOU KIDS PLAY AROUND ON IT WHILE YOURE WORKING ON THE REST, our enclosure is slightly crooked now because while they were playing on it the enclosure came undone from the jump pad....but like heck if we are going to disassemble to fix that, hahaha. Also...apparently expert assembly is $99...we found out afterwards. We suggest that if you're able.

It's easy.. it's hard ..there will be yelling..

The directions are pretty good. Took about 6 hours to complete with taking breaks. Will be helpful to have 2 people to do so. We kept forgetting to put the net holes along the rings and having to take them back out. Otherwise no issues. Use a real tool set and not the ones supplied. We will revisit this review on longevity later.

Upgraded to a larger skywalker trampoline for our  growing grandchildren, 2, 5, 7, and 8 yr old. The oldest loves it and jumps for hours, she swears she can do so many more cool tricks on this one!
It is so much bigger than our 12' round, yet fits in yard so much better because of shape. 
I assembled it by myself until it calls for turning frame over. At that point my husband came out to help. You can easily assemble yourself if you follow instructions carefully. 
I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to watching my grandkids entertain us with lots of cool tricks.

Rectangular trampoline Rocks!

This trampoline arrived within three days. It was much easier to assemble than I anticipated although it did take two people for a short part of it. The rectangle shape is great because it can be tucked back into your yard better and takes less space with the same jumping area. The kids absolutely love it! I do recommend buying the ladder kit if you have any younger kids or else you'll have a step ladder in front of it all the time as we do.

Great trampoline!

My husband and I were so impressed with this trampoline. The metal poles for the base were so much thicker and heavier than our last trampoline.  The rectangle size is perfect for my daughter to practice gymnastics. The price was better with Sams Club than any other store and shipping was fast!

Great quality

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. It's an upgrade from his previous trampoline, and definitely has the reinforcement needed for a growing 14 year old. He's able to do double front flips, 1.5 back flips, and tricks I can't even pronounce! It's very heavy, which means you'll need help putting it together. We laid out every part on the ground where they were instructed to go...that way we knew we had all of the parts and we had a visual for what we were trying to accomplish. It really helped! It's really not too difficult to assemble, just takes some time and attention to make sure you have the correct parts facing the correct direction. (Important!!!) About 5 hours later, he was enjoying his new gift! It's a little noisy, but I think we just need to tighten everything down a little more. Overall I highly recommend it!

Great product!

First off- I am a customer. Not paid or connected in any way. I'm just going to share my honest feedback. I'm a 39 year old father of 5. I bought the 9x15 trampoline for my kids to jump on. I've had it up for only 2 weeks. So this is just a first impression review. My oldest is 9 so the kids are not too hard on it. They love it. And they jump every day.

Assembly:  so many people have complained about the instructions. Yes. They are bad. There are typos, funny looking drawings, lack of detail. They could do a much better job. BUT. Assembly is really not hard. It's literally no more complicated than an erector set for kids. So yes they are poor, but an adult who can swing B's in high school should be able to assemble this thing. It was my first trampoline assembly and it took me 2-1/2 hrs alone.

Shipping: My boxes came in tact. I got boxes 2 and 3 in only a couple days. I figured I would wait till I got box 1 before I started. But it came a week later. No clue why. But all this has nothing to do with the manufacturer. So many people complained about their boxes be all torn up. That's the shipping company mishandling them. I wouldn't complain about that on here. The boxes were heavy duty cardboard. They are fine to ship in. 

Quality:  Here is where my biggest complaint is. The quality of the mat and springs. Im 255lbs so I max out the 250 lb limit. When I jump I can feel the mat stretching. I've never felt this before on any trampoline I've ever jumped on. Most trampoline mats feel thick and solid. Even though they stretch it's a different feeling. This one feels like if I keep jumping it might start to tear. And the springs are weak. They are fine for the kids. But not for me. And here is my real issue: for $300 I could buy the cheap round trampoline. But I paid $750 for an "upgraded" version. And I think they use the same quality mat and springs as they do on the smaller cheaper ones. In my mind that's just dishonest. Also, I work very closely with galvanized pipes at my job. I know what things cost. I imagine the cost increase in the frame material between the $300 trampolines and this $750 trampoline is maybe $100. I expect the other $350 to go toward a better mat. I jump on my friends $1800 trampoline and their mat is awesome. I called their company to ask what the retail price for a replacement mat would be. It was $175. That means that the cost is maybe $100. So if skywalker's cost is $50 or $75 for their mat- it's a no brainer to increase the quality to a better mat. I'll end my rant and just say that skywalker needs to get better mats and springs and figure out how to keep their prices down to stay in this low-end walmart-type market. I fully expect this trampoline to last me 2 years tops. In the mean-time, I'm going to shop around for a high quality mat and springs from another source. Also, I am implying that the frame is great. Top notch. There is no way it is going to buckle or break. If you are scared of those pictures of collapsed frames- that won't happen with this model. There are no welds to snap. It's actually a great design. That's why I'm all for keeping this great frame and sourcing out another mat and springs.

Hopefully this helps you guys out there looking to buy a trampoline. I went with this one because the frame is solid, and it's says there is a bigger bounce than the round ones. That would be true if they upgraded the mat and springs quality which I don't think they do. I still say I would recommend it because at this price range I feel its the best option. It's my suspicion that skywalker's profit margin is much higher on this model because they are using the same specs as their cheaper models. But what do I know, I'm just a customer. Happy shopping!

I expected more

The trampoline is very poor quality allowing only a child to jump. When paying $700 for a trampoline you expect quality merchandise and this trampoline does not come close to meeting that standard. I would not purchase online at Sam's in the future even though I have been a loyal customer for more than 25 years.

Skywalker Trampoline Poor Quality

I received this trampoline and upon assembly noticed several defects.  Contacted customer service and was told to provide proof of purchase, pictures as well as descriptions of defective parts, and other information for a warranty replacement.  Upon providing all required information received several other emails requesting additional information.  It seems as if it is a stall tactic in order for the customer to give up on the process.  I practically had to disassemble the entire unit.  Not happy considering it is a pricey item.  Will more than likely be returning the trampoline.
