Price

I bought this as a gift for my wife and now I can't use my PS5 because she's busy playing Sonic! This is a great game - especially with the multiple versions of Sonic. There's a version for everyone and it's easy to cross over and play all of them. I enjoy playing it, too. Great for kids and families. I grew up playing Sonic on SEGA and this is nostalgia at its best.

Would recommend, for those who haven't played Sonic Generations back when it first came out for ps3 and xbox plus side to this modern version now we get to play Shadow.

But when the game came out I didn't want to pay for it since the price it was given didn't feel justified since a remaster of a 10 or more year old game. And when I saw the price tag you guys gave it for black Friday, I knew I had to get since the deal was too good to pass up.

Shadow generations has some of the best controles and cutscene animations ever in a Sonic game, pair that with some fantastic levels and cool new ability's and you got one of the best games in the franchise, my only complaint is that I want more of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I played the ps3 version a lot growing up after playing this version the rewrite of the line for the original sonic generation actually work and make it seem like they care about the game unlike ps3 version where they sound like they dont care. The frame rate is faster and sometimes I keep forgetting it's not 30 FPS anymore and it look like they also fixed the visuals too. The shadow part it's what makes this game even soar higher than the PS3 version the only downside is the dlc music pack is only useable for shadow Gen

Didn't like the game itself. It's like your moving so fast you can't even tell what the heck your doing. Then it makes you go back forth thru all these different stages. Just  not the same fun as the one I grew up playing
