I am really very sad to returned this amazing product from sony and I am really want it again but I cant use it if it's not ready to make a phone call please just fix it and not only me all customer will be happy thanks alot for this product I will just wait to fix it to bought it again.

It's been 8 months I've been using them continuously and I'm very pleased overall. Amazing sound, sufficient noise canceling (not close to other overear nc capability but still what you need) good battery life. A bit bulky case compared to the latest out there but still worth it given you got more battery juice in there

Amazing sound, stable & convenient shape for my ea

Now that I have had a chance to use my headphones I am so pleased I paid the extra money for them. I did think they were expensive but have found they perform really well. Although my wife does complain that I can't hear her. Is that a bad thing? Haha

Sony wireless noise cancelling headphones.

I've got really small ears, so really struggle to get in ear headphones to fit me. Originally I bought some from a different well-known specialist manufacturer, thinking they'd be great, but the sound quality was rubbish!  I went for these and wish I'd gone with them from the start!  They look discreet, the sound quality is superb and the noise cancelling functionality is absolutely brilliant.

First class!

I use these headphones for listening to music at my desk, while going for walks, and during online conferencing. They perform very well across all of my devices (Windows, iOS, Android). They are easily paired, so long as you place both buds in your ears during pairing (this is essential). Switching between connected devices is very easy, with no need to disconnect from one before connecting to the other. They work seamlessly.

With regards to sound quality, these are in the outstanding category. The response is tight, the output reassuringly flat, and the music is given plenty of space, with individual instruments easily separated across the full range of frequencies. Neither lows, mids, nor highs are attenuated or blown out. Straight out of the box, without any enhancers enabled, these sound amazing. 

Noise cancelling and ambient sounds are especially controllable by way of the application, and the quality of the cancelling is incredible given the size of the buds. The customisation of this facility, and the auto-adjust feature is currently unmatched to my knowledge.

Battery life has held up to advertised claims, and the charging case is excellent. Charging is quick, and the use of USB-C makes life easy. There's no wireless charging, but this is an option that I do not miss.

Now the bad news. The bundled tips that come with these earphones are just not acceptable in any way. Despite coming with seven different bud sizes across two different materials, these materials are simply sub-standard. For the price, there is no excuse for bundling such shoddy tips. To be clear, these buds enable a good listening experience, but their limits become readily apparent the moment you move around to any extent. This includes anything from speaking to walking. Several people have reported a vastly improved experience through the purchase of 'premium' tips. While this is encouraging, this is a premium device, and it should come with premium quality tips. While I accept that tips are ultimately going to be a 'consumable' for these buds, this does not excuse including substandard tips.

Everything but the tips

Love the sound quality, love the style and noise cancelling features, battery life on the whole is brilliant. However the ear fit is awful, the buds supplied dont go in the ear enough so you dont feel they are secured in your ear. Had to buy 3rd party ear buds. Also wind interferes with sound while running

I've had these earphones for a couple of weeks now. They are comfortable to wear, easy to connect to multiple devices, and the sound is good. 

The bit I don't get is the noise cancelling function. It just doesn't appear to cancel outside noise. I've worked out how to switch on the noise cancelling function, but when I do it seems to make barely any difference. Was I just being naive in my expectations of what noice cancelling actually meant?

Noise Cancelling?

I had to return my headphones because people couldn't hear me properly on calls/meetings. Also, the noise-cancelling feature doesn't work on calls/meetings. However, I highly recommend these headphones if you want to wear them exclusively for listening to music — then the sound is crisp and clear, the noise-cancelling works well, and the pairing is easy.

Bad for calls, awesome for music.

My first set I had to return after about 5 days due to the right ear piece just cracking and blipping now and again, probably every 10 minutes. Second set, I was listening to music and the whole thing just had a spasm and music stopped, it was stuck on a strange beep, then powered off, turned themselves back on, and then I could continue listening again.

Finally. The copper coloured top on the charging case, is very soft and poor quality; it scratches so so easily, feel the have to wrap them in bubble wrap. 

Only reason I'm being persistent with them is because I want the in-ear bud active noise cancelling, and amazing sound quality

Needs improvement for the price tag

I find Sony products generally good but these headphones are rubbish. The battery runs flat within 2 hours. I get nothing like the 6-8 hours advertised. I have been told that using the graphic equaliser drains the battery, as does noise cancellation, but sub 2 hours is ridiculous!
In my opinion, they are not fit for purpose. I also find it frustrating trying to get hold of Sony to speak of the issue. I don't want to type into a Website or read through copious pages of user comments.
