These headphones are a game changer for me. Firstly the sound is just Sony quality! The noise cancellation is the best I've experienced and with two parrots in the house, believe me when I say I know what I'm talking about. They are extremely comfortable to wear, whether doing housework or gardening or walking to work. I have fallen asleep listening to music, woke up three hours later with no pain or discomfort. I also use these for watching television with my husband, these headphones mean that I can do this without the need for subtitles on screen, much to my husband's delight. Connection is amazingly simple, thank goodness, even I can do it without help. The app is extremely helpful and clear with instructions and the battery life is really good. I've charged them initially when I got them last week and they are still running on that charge and I have used them every day for hours! I have nothing negative to say about the headphones, I recommend them fully. They are my purchase of the year! Thank you Sony— Excellence in Quality.

Great product and features 👌

I bought these about two weeks ago. I wear them for long periods of time at the moment, and the battery and quick charging have been great.
The comfort for your ears, sound quality, and noise-cancelling have been very good.
The only downside I would say is that I wear them for long periods at the moment, they do cause some discomfort on the top of the head over time - adapting the size results in misplacement around the ears, so I haven't found a way around this.

Early days with these headphones but so far very impressed. Great sound quaity, and noise cancelling works well. Ambient noise setting tends to generate a very small amount of background hum, but rarely use that setting. Very good value.

Excellent sound quality

I bought from Sony online. I was after affordable noise-cancellation headphones. Good value for money, sturdy and minimalist. Very comfortable too. Haven't tested ANC yet as I bought them for upcoming flights.
4 stars as sound quality not on par with my brass wired sony ear buds.This may just be that all wired headphones will sound better than wireless.

Great value for noise cancelling headphones.

The Sony WH-CH720N are comfortable over the ear headphones. The sound quality is very good producing deep base and sharp high end by contrast, making for an enjoyable listening experience. The down side I have found are the noise cancelling basically doesn't making any difference. Apart from play what sounds like white noise in your ear. And when watching TV I've noticed the headphone pause the sound for a fraction of second and become unlinked with the picture, which is very annoying. I wouldn't recommend for this reason.

Good and bad.

Honestly I was expecting it to be much better than it is in reality, these are my first headphones that I ever bought with my own money, so I just looked up internet for best headphones under my budget and most people said to buy these and said it's good so I bought these... I was using in ear Bluetooth buds by realme before this and honestly noise cancelling in realme's is much better than this and they are lot cheaper then this so at this price I was expecting much better noise cancellation but it's worse 😭... Why is that ??? And honestly about bass and overall audio I am getting used to it but still it's less of quality then what I was expecting it to be ... 
So just little disappointed overall... I was hoping it to be so good 😭... I guess hype was false
