Don't waste your money on just any tool box.....get this rugged,tough,durable and almost water-proof honey of a box.....and it's only $20.00....now is that not a bargain in modern times!!!!

Not just any tool box !!!!!!

This toolbox is water tight. A nice rubber seal around the entire lip to keep the water and moisture out. Small enough that it will not be too heavy, stacks real nice and tough enough to take a beating. The handle is sturdy enough to pick up a heavy load. If I could add anything to improve, I would add a compartment light and / or wheels with extending handle.

Exactly what I was looking for

Three little words, It is Great! Hard plastic is what you want in a toolbox. Make sure it has metal hinges, holding the top to the body.and STRONG, LOCKABLE, Rust Resistant, Metal clamps too.

A common mishap is some people leave their tools in the bed of the truck. Esp. In rural areas. And of course it rains, with this box it has a special seal. That saves your tools.

I also like it because it is stout, and I have no fear working in damp areas, and my toolbox looks as new as the day I bought it. Instead of a rusty, heavy mess. I can't recommend it enough, the Handle will out last your arm. And it is large enough to carry a complete set of tools, possibly, saving steps. And it is less heavy than most of the metal ones as well. I would buy it again no question.

Sturdy toolbox

The Stanley FatMax 23" Toolbox was a perfect fit for my needs. It is large enough to hold my wrench, screwdriver, and socket holders and yet remain a small mobile toolbox. I'm very pleased!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toolbox a couple weeks ago and I am very impressed with it. The box itself is very sturdy. The latches are made of metal so they won't break. The leak proof seal is an awesome feature to keep everything safe and dry.

Excellent Toolbox!

This can hold my 250 lbs weight if I sit on it. It had the unexpected feature of having a good gasket around the lid to keep out precipitation. I am going to order more of them (One for a range box definitely, because the v groove in the lid for studs can be used for long guns.) since the only step up from them is either a three figure Pelican or Otter Box case, or a steel JOBOX.

Stronger than Expected Plus a DRY BOX

It's everything I had hoped it would be.  Holds so many tools that it's really heavy but that's what I needed to get me tools organized and in one place.

I have one complaint that is latching. the right latch was OK but I could not get the left latch to work. After using it for a few weeks it is not getting any better.   the right is better than the left I do get both to latch but they are not smooth
