Best Hot Chocolate Ever!

As expected and very good! Perfect amount of powder for the Keurig.

Love this hot chocolate

I love this hot chocolate. To me, it is rich bodied and I appreciate not too sweet.  I prefer creamy over high sweetness.  Stevia is sourced from plants whereas the other sweeteners are produced in labs.   I feel that Stevia is a safe sweetener to use. I've given up Swiss Miss and Dunkin' Donuts Hot Chocolate because they use Splenda/Sucralose and high  fructose corn syrup.  But I am making no sacrifice here.  Starbucks Hot Cocoa is a wonderful treat.  I only wish in general, Keurig found a way to produce the same convenience and flavor with the pods without hot water going through plastic cups.

Love this! I am so hooked. I use a little milk when I make it, about as much as I would use in a cup of coffee. Some reviewers say that it isn't sweet enough, but that's one of the reasons why I like it, it isn't too sweet, more like it is made for an adult's taste.

I buy this all the time

A cold winter morning I wasn't wearing my glasses or contacts. I took 2K cups from the cabinet. I wanted to make 2K cups of coffee. I nmistakenly did not see that one of the k cups was hot cocoa. I brewed the 2K cups into same cup. It was absolutely delicious. I've been hooked ever since and now drink the combo every morning.

Cocoa plus Pikes Roast - Great Morning Drink

I tried one of the K-Cup brands of hot chocolate and it was AWEFUL! Watery, sacchariny & didn't really taste like chocolate at all. So, I tried this cocoa hoping that because it's Starbucks it'd be better. Well, for whatever reason, it's DELICIOUS! Rich chocolate taste, great consistency: no weird flavors. This is a 5-Star product for sure!

Best K-Cup Cocoa

I know this is for a Keurig, but it tastes extremely watered down when used with a Keurig machine. If calories aren't an issue, do yourself a favor and take an extra 1 1/2 minute to microwave 6-8 oz of milk and dump the contents of this pod in it. It just tastes sooooo much more rich, almost as if it's another beverage. I don't recommend these in the way they are intended.

Taste MUCH better with milk

I agree with the majority of the reviews saying that if you follow the directions on the box then really is like drinking hot, brownish water but if you disregard the directions and instead heat a cup of water or milk as suggested by another review, carefully remove the foil cover of the pod and stir the contents into the water you will have rich, chocolatey, hot chocolate, the way it should be. I have no idea if I'm ingesting something that is not intended to be consumed that way but what I can tell you is that it tastes really good.  I gave it a mediocre review given that it's super gross if you make it according to the directions

Ignore the directions and open, pour and stir

Loved the idea of the convenience of K cups. It smelled great while brewing. However, I tasted what appeared to be a sugar substitute and when I checked the ingredients found that it contained Stevia. I I could taste the Stevia iwhich ruined it for me. I don't care for any of the sugar substitutes including Stevia. It might be useful to have two products, one with sugar substitutes and one without. Maybe many people don't notice the taste difference, in which case this is probably a good hot chocolate for many people, just not for me.

Not really classic

Was looking forward to "a chocolaty rich" cup of hot cocoa. I could BARELY tell it was chocolate!! Very weak. Used 8 oz as recommended. Wasted my money. Starbucks coffee is usually SO STRONG I thought the cocoa would be awesome. Not so. Won't buy it again.
