Great delivery time, unit works well, only issue was ghe plug type,  it arrived with a European plug

I only gave it 4 stars because Walmart is selling this product in Canada with a EU plug so I had to buy a adaptor to adapt to Canadian plug.

Starlink with EU Plug

Well all I can say is read the fine print. I was ordering from Walmart Canada so I wasn't expecting a European wall plug to power my unit.

Starlink mini

Why would anyone expect this to come with an EU plug when ordering from Canada and from Walmart.ca. It only lists that at the absolute bottom of the description, it should be first above everything else.

EU plug??

Starlink mini bought off walmart.ca during a flash sale arrived with the wrong plug in type for Canada. The only option was to return the entire item so I purchased a conversion plug and kept it. Otherwise great purchase.

Right mini wrong plug

In very small print hidden in the ad at the bottom of a drop-down menu it says that this comes with a European plug and cannot be plugged in anywhere in North America. Seeing as this is Canada and the Canadian website that is ridiculous especially since this is for a remote install and it is impossible for me to get the right plug adapter without ordering it separately. That would have been deadly had I have needed it for emergency communication.

European plug won't work in North America

Product is linked to use in UK and requires an additional cost of $300USD to be paid to starlink before use.

Out of service area charge

It showed up with Amsterdam plug in that doesn't even work in Canada and I bought it from a Canadian Walmart. So I have to spend 70$ on a new pluggin.

Wrong pluggin for Canada

Unless you live in Europe I wouldn't order this. Came with the wrong plug end for power. Luckily I had one from a previous kit.
