[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was super easy to get it to work. I do suggest buying the cable routing kit and the stanard wall mount if you have a tin roof like mine. For now, we have it in the front lawn running through the AC unit. We are waiting for those two kits to arrive to get it stationary. The set up is very user friendly on the app and works you through what you need to do. so far my internet is better than what i had before.

Better alternative for internet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and setup. Just follow the instructions provided by the Starlink application on your phone. It took me about 30 minutes in total since I opened the package to get it operating.

Easy install for high speed internet anywhere

Life Changing

Starlink has been amazing! I wanted to get it for a long time but never did, I finally broke down and bought it, and I wished I had bought it so much sooner. I started to get nervous after ordering it as I've heard of stories of people that purchased from Walmart and had to pay an out of region fee, thankfully though the seller on Walmart I purchased from I didn't have this issue, I set it up, even got a free 7 day trial to starlink internet from starlink themselves, and a discounted first month cost! It has been great! If you purchase one, I will advise to be cautious as you may get an out of region fee, if you do, return the starlink don't even finish setting it up so that you don't get hit with that fee. As for the seller I purchased from, I didn't have this issue!

Bought the system because my home internet was down after Hurricane Milton. The system has bandwidth data rates greater than 100mb/s down and 20-40mb/s down. The set up was pretty easy with the iPhone app. System power draw is around 50 watts  average. The only issue I have is the monthly residential service is a little more expensive compared to the cost of other ISPs.

Reliable technology

We live in the country and HughesNet was the only option ( other than using our cell phone HotSpots).    
Starlink was super easy to set up. The router for Starlink is temporarily in a travel trailer 120 feet from the house. The HughesNet router is inside the house.  Internet speed test from inside the house shows Starlink is 10 times faster!!   We can now stream movies and shows just like the city-folks!!!    
When we called HighesNet to cancel - they tried to tell us they have upgraded equipment that is faster than other options and asked us which internet service we were switching to - when we said ‘Starlink' … the woman just said ‘ oh' and had nothing to offer us.   Our Starlink is only 12 feet high right now, doesn't even get 100% coverage and is still that much faster ! We are super happy!

10 times faster than HughesNet !

I totally love it, super fast speed with low latency, totally worth the purchase price, allows me to work from home. Been putting it off for a while, wish I had bought it sooner. Delivered on time, Extremely pleased with this purchase

Extremely satisfied customer

Starlink is so easy to set up and get running. Internet speeds in my area are phenomenal. I've researched home internet for years. I never liked the options available until Starlink. Best decision ever!

Best decision ever

For starlink to be a multibillion dollar industry I see no reason to play Temu games advertising.  
1) Box claims to have everything needed to get started right away. It does as long as you don't mind laying your receiver in the yard on the ground. You gotta pay extra for all mounting pieces. 
2) Add claims $40 a month well that's until you get to the part you pay. After locating your address you become a $120 a month person. (I'd like to know if anyone is a $40 month customer. 
3) If you live in a house with covered walls not an open floor plan and bigger than 1300 sq ft. You better get your money out and buy a mesh router to extend coverage. 
I'm not to mad because I'm sure it discloses all this in the fine print. I just hate that they feel it's necessary to trick ppl into buying this. After spending all the extra money it's well worth it. (Aftermarket mounts cables etc. ) don't spend the 400x markup. Do a little better ELON.

Misleading

This is the worst scam ever! The kit claims to come with FREE installation. Nope. Never. HelloTech will schedule fake appointments and cancel them repeatedly, but no one will ever show up and your Starlink will never be installed. You will have to handle the install yourself OR PAY someone else to install it. The FREE installation is a complete scam, SO disappointed! Also, there is no roof mount/J-pole and bracket in the kit. It only comes with a plastic "kickstand" which will NEVER work on a roof install - lame.
