I love this petite cocotte!  It's just like the big ones with beautiful finishes but petite in size.

This is a fun staub, not necessarily the workhorse like the larger ones, but awesome

The little opportunities are endless with this classic grenadine mini cocotte. I recommend using it to make an guilt-free individual serving of a salted caramel brownie but that's just me! This can also be used for decoration, as a candy dish or even as a pinch bowl for S&P.

Perfect for pot de creme, egg custards and mini gratin dishes.  I also use this for spices and salts.  An attractive container for specialty candies and treats!  Love this grenedine color, so rich! this mighty mini is everything you would expect from a Staub cast iron. Excellent heat control and retention.

Perfect for individual servings sides of anything.  I use this to serve sauces.  Made from cast iron, the heating cab ability is amazing.  Oven safe up to 500F and can be used on any cooking surface, even your bbq.  The Grenedine color is beautiful.

I love all of my Staub pieces but I am OBSESSED with these minis. All of the benefits of full size Staub just in a smaller size. The enamel coating is inside and out keeping with the traditional matte interior. The braising spikes are still featured on the lid. These are full cooking versions but I like to use mine for serving and for holding my salt and pepper in the kitchen.

So cute!

Our family loves soup.  I use these to serve french onion soup, chile or pot pies.  I have even done lava cakes in them. The heat capability of this mini cocotte is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for throughout dinner.

I made little individual souffle's in these for a dinner party. Looked very "French" and they came out perfectly right from the oven. Great French made quality.
