Stem traps catch gnats! We go in and out of the house all day. Even though we use a bug spray service (mosquito & gnat) for our yard, we still have gnats. Some are so tiny! While I was at the grocery store, a friendly lady told me about the product. They were on sale at the time. So I tried two, one for each of my backyard doors, and was amazed by how well they worked.

I have tons of house plants and because of that I had a lot of gnats in my house an other various flying insects that just get inside.  I ordered these lights to see if it would help and I was impressed from the first day.  I now have two of these in my house.  They have caught spiders, flies, Asian nettles, ants, gnats and other unknown insects.  I replace the blue sticky pad about every 2-3 months.  I wish the refills did not cost  as much but they work so I keep buying them.

Stem refills work great to of  flying insects

Iam here to tell you these things really work!! I have the plug-ins that are blue. These are the refills for them. I use them year round.  This winter I could not believe how many gnats I were stuck on that thing. It was covered. You would think they would die out in the winter time. No...we are insect infested this day and age. I must just notice it more. But I can't stand little bugs flying around while I am cooking or eating. Go get some Stem units and refills!!

I had my doubts about these things, but I am pleasantly surprised that they work really well. They work best in the evenings when they are the only light available for gnats and other little flying critters. These are a must-have for my home.

these are so easy to use. just put one in the  device, then when its filled up (will be a lot)! just pop it out and put another one in. these catch all flying bugs and those pesky gnats! The blue light is a nice touch for a nightlight also 😊

Your refills are hard to find!!! My retailer does NOT carry refills. I spent a lot of time looking for refills!! Finally spent a lot of time on the internet.

The thing does work.

the biggest thing I can't stand is that in trying to put new ones in they get stuck to the device and leave glue on it for future use making me have to buy a new plug in. the company that has a curved product that starts with a " z" is the best. they are larger and curved and much easier to put in and take out.

as subject states - didn't work for me. watched flies go into the trap and go back out - happened mor than once. yes, instructions were followed re; addition of water etc

Absolute waste of money. 2 small plastic plates coated in sticky goo. Waste of money and so is the product these are used for. This product does not attract flies or anything else.
