Heavy Duty plastic 2 drawer Filing cabinet letter

Wanted to return it as soon as I looked at it. Cheaply made, uneven and too light. Opening a drawer moves cabinet! 
They think I won't return it just because of restocking and shipping charges??!! Watch me!
