I have tried many cell phone cases over the years and the OtterBox Strada is by far the best I have ever used. Quality materials and craftsmanship and fits the phones perfect. My current case is for a iPhone 7plus and just ordered the Strada for the new iPhone X that I will be getting soon. I like the Strada because it is thin, has good rubber bumper all around and it is a flip leather case which protects the screen. Fits good in the pocket without being bulky. Thank you OtterBox.

I like it better than the Apple Folio Case. I do wish this Strada case had the sleep wake capabilities. I don't think Apple is letting case makes use that yet though. 
I've used otter box for the last 5 years, usually the defender series, now the strada. Great for holing up to 2 cards. Superior blend of hard and soft plastic, unibody design with air pockets in the corners for impact absorption. 
One week of use and the cover is not so stiff and seals up nice to the chamfered inside edge of a the case. Great for protecting the screen. 
I like the texture of the case. It's a bit more raised than the iPhone 7 Plus version I used last. This makes gripping the phone feel much safer. 
By comparison the Apple Folio case (AFC) is more soft and slippery. The AFC also offers less screen protection as it didn't seal up the screen as well as the Strada. In addition, the AFC offered a weaker protection from falls. Nor does the AFC have a cut out on the front for the ear speaker which is great for calls. 
The AFC did have more room for cards and cash, and can sleep / wake the iPhoneX.

I do wish this version of the Strada had the kickstand fold configuration. It was useful to propping up my iPhone 7 Plus

Exelent protection and it's thin!

I have to have my phone in some sort of otter box product. I am so clumsy. Saw this case and immediately wanted to try it. So far I love it. I would have liked to have the brown color but it was out of stock when I purchased the ivory color. I would definitely recommend this oroduxt

Love it

I bought this case because I have been using an otterbox wallet case for five years, on my iphone 5. It was the one with a soft/rubber inner lining and a hard outer shell and the wallet slid up and down the back. It was perfection. I dropped my phone 1,000 times and never cracked a screen). I finally upgraded to the x, and tried to find the identical case, because it is PERFECT, but I can't find it anywhere and Otterbox doesn't make it for the x. This case works fine. It protects my phone, it looks great, it holds two cards (it could probably fit more with some stretching). It has two minor flaws and one major flaw: (1) it's difficult to get my card in and out of the card slot (it was so much easier with the sliding wallet case), (2) because the audio works better during calls when the flap is shut, you have to open and close the flap while talking if you want to press any buttons on the phone, etc., which is a little annoying and (3 - the big flaw) it's not the sliding wallet case they used to make. I really want Otterbox to make that case for the X, and I'll keep sending them this suggestion until they do.

Best folio case, but still not the sliding wallet

I've had this case for just over a month, my second otter box for my iPhone X. At first I was really pleased with the product, now I'm a bit iffy. The case covers the mic so it sounds like I'm talking with a mask over my mouth. Quite annoying when I'm having a conversation with anyone and I have to constantly repeat myself. I love the magnetic flip case, and it holds very well. The overall protection the case offers is good, no incredible, but it will protect your phone if you were to drop it from a lower height. Overall I do enjoy it, but I will be looking for something different for the future.

Good Case, Has Flaws

I always have Otterbox cases, normally the Statement range. This time I fancied trying something that would protect the screen as well as I'd just bought the iPhone X. The case looked great on the phone however each time I spoke to someone using my phone in the Folio case they said I was mumbling or sounded muffled. I was convinced there was something wrong with my phone and was set to take it back (after I accused my dad of needing a hearing check!!). Anyway, the problem stems from the case. When using the phone you naturally fold the case front over the back of the phone, this in turn messes about a small microphone between the camera lenses and cuts your voice out. The microphone at the back is to assist with cutting out back ground noise but by covering it slightly it just ends up cutting your voice! So, despite that I am happy with the look of the case and it is undoubtedly good quality it fails in my mind to work seemlessly with the iPhone X. So much I've reverted back to the Statement case in baby blue which I've also bought recently and is now on my phone with no issues.

Nice case but muffles voice

I got this case last week and I find it cumbersome if using as gps in the car because of the folio.  First time I talked on the phone with it, my makeup smeared over the sides of the phone making the case look dirty.  To keep on cleaning it was a pain.

Classy but easily dirtied

I've been using otter boxes for years and bought this one before I even got my phone. It is lovely and strong, my issue is people cannot hear me when I'm on the phone. I have to take the phone out of the case.  Kind of defeats the purpose of having a case

Fancy but not functional

Bought this to protect my new phone, it does that, has a bit for debit card which is handy but, and this is the big but, the cover effects the sound quality to the person receiving the call so you either have to take the phone out of the cover, not easy or have it on speaker and let everybody hear your conversation. It's a phone, you need to be able to have a conversation on it and the cover stops you being able to do that.

Not bad

I had the same cover on an iPhone 6 so opted for the same for the iPhone X. However when you put the screen cover wrapped around the back of the phone the voice quality is exceptionally poor - in fact unusable. I wouldn't recommend this cover if you, like me, tend to wrap the screen cover behind the phone. Bad design for the iPhone X.
