The DVD player has played DVDs for a few hours without problem. I saw several reviews complaining about the low reliability of the item and bought a Walmart product protection plan, so no worries about that issue. But, I found the player doesn't support the current MP4 codecs and popular video formats. If you plan to play video form the Internet or your own camera, this product may not work for you, which makes the value of having USB/SD card slots zero. I also recommend a larger screen for in-car use.

I was looking for somthing portable to take with me on road trips, parks, etc. After reading the reviews I thought that I'd order this one. When I first got it I was a bit skeptical because it seemed so small. But after I used it I was very impressed and so happy that I choose this one. It was a good price, I like that it comes with all the plug ins for the vehicle, wall outlet and the cable to hook up to the tv. This was exactly what I was looking for. The carring case is awsome, you can keep all the assessories together and still have room for DVDs / CDs. I would definitely recommed it to others.

Great for taking with in the car, etc

I bought two portable dvd players, one for my 5 yr old & one for my 3 yr old. Road trip lifesaver. I like that it is sturdy & easy to work. I haven't figured out how to make the memory . If they don't finish a movie it will start from . The carrying case is nice for transporting dvd player & movies & other accessories. Not good for the head rest, alittle to flimsy. The material needs to be stronger to hold the weight of the player while on the head rest.

I bought this as a gift for my grandson. He absolutely loves it. He can use it at home hooked up to his tv or use it alone. It comes with all the cables you need. I got him a carry case too so he can take it with on long car rides. It can even be put in the carrier and hooked to the headrest in the car. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to everyone.

We use these to show training videos in our restaurants. It's nice to have the mobility to watch anywhere in the restaurant and space saver for office.

We love our DVD player! We bought it to take on our cruise to watch movies and listen to music. The picture quality is outstanding and the volume is great!

Great product at low price!

Our screen didn't work, it was so dark that you cold not see anything except maybe a little outline of the product.. I am hoping that when we get the next one the review will improve.. My daughter was very disappointed that her birthday present didn't work.

Our recent 13-hour road trip was made a lot easier by bringing this along....my daughter used it to watch a couple of movies....the DVD player comes with a small carrying case which can attach to the headrest but since we've put her car seat in the middle, she watched what she wanted by placing it on her lap or holding it like a tablet (it is very light).

We debated buying the more expensive model with the larger screen but I'm happy we didn't since you don't really lose out anything in terms of the images.

Great DVD player for my 3 year old...

Bought this because we are going on a plane with our 10 Month old and wanted to keep her entertained. Bought it about 2 weeks before our trip. So i've been using it at restaurants and in the car when she is restless. It is amazing. I play Gigglebellies and Einstein DVD's.
It is LOUD. It is TOUGH. It FOLDS FLat so I Can Use the Pouch It Came with to Attach it to the headrest. Once it's folded flat she can't press any buttons which is great!

I bought the $5 warranty too. haven't had to use it...but It seems AMAZING! To good to be true.
