They look great, but the blades bend easily, and they're not actually steel. The quality is really poor. I hope I can return them with the receipt, even though I don't have the card that was used to pay for them.

Poor quality, and the material is not stainless st

This isn't the French knife Sabatier-K. This isn't even stainless steel. I bought this set of knives from Walmart last  year thinking it was Sabatier-K. I didn't look closely enough. I add the screencap from the real knife website to demonstrate this rip-off. Note the Est. 1818 vs Est. 1810 and the brand crest. Walmarts version has RUSTED on me. :(

Probably fraud

No, I haven't either until I notice while using these knifes a chunk was missing from the blade. NEVER in my 15 years of cooking for my family has this ever happened, protect yourselves  and boycott this brand. Absolute crap! Can I get my money back for almost swallowing sharp metal ?
