As others have mentioned, the rug itself is crafted well and has beautiful colors. But those colors have one fatal flaw...they don't contrast well with a light floor (white tile, in my case). And looking back now I didn't even think to notice all the listed pictures above show it on dark flooring..there's a reason.  From the moment it arrived around Christmas and I rolled it out, it has looked like an old dirty antique rug to me and it has never grown on me.

Beautiful on dark floor, dirty looking on light
