I love the look of cowhides but am also an animal lover - so this faux hide was perfect! Love it, just what I was looking for and a great value too!

Great Rug

So I ordered this for a small extra bedroom. Was not looking to spend a lot of money; if I knew what I was buying I would have thought twice about paying $70. I would have given $20, maybe IF I would have purchased at all. 
 The reason I'm wishy washy is although I feel  it's not a good value for the material, it is cute and serves my purpose. Not something I would want in a high traffic area and certainly not placed with higher qualityfurnishings.  It is an extremely thin faux fur  glued to 1/4 foam pad.  Not at all quality.  Good luck.

WISHY WASHY

The rug looks and feels cheap. It does not look like a real cow hide. I will let my dogs use it to roll around because it really isn't fit for any serious decor. It would work on a kid's room if the theme is cowboy or western.

Not a Good Faux

In fewer than 2 months, too of rug separated from the backing, peeling up and making it unsightly. 
When the rug arrived, you could see the marks / scissor guide from the pattern where the rug hadn't been appropriately cut. Less of big deal, I cut the remainder myself but once the rug fell apart so quickly, realized it's a bd product.
