Ordered a 9x12 and it was 2 inches short ... so I essentially got a 7x12 which doesn't fit the non slip padding that was bought for it and throws off my entire schedule as I'm expecting to give birth in the next week and the entire room is a wreck while we wait for a replacement rug. This is a terrible oversight by the company. Very unprofessional.
