Jute Rug too thick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't bother opening. I know I would have been happy with it but the time it took getting here was just too long

The ends of carpet on both sides is crooked and doesn't flatten out

Poor construction

I liked the product everything about it color, quality texture and by clicking all the likes it would probably get more stars then I want to give it.  The manufacturer folded the thick end of the rug under on each end of the rug.  So I ended up with a rug that was normal in the middle and had extremely high ends to make the rug completely useless.
