I have just begun participating in craft fairs and needed something that can be folded up but still be strong enough to take a load of boxes in to a venue.  I'm very pleased with this hand truck!

I am 70 years old, and I figured the only way I'd get a 50lb microwave to my storage building was with a hand truck!  I couldn't be more pleased!  Not only is it sturdy and perfect for the job, it was easy to snap into place out of the box, without referring to instructions.

This hand truck is priced at twice the price at a few “tool sites”. I purchased a few large bungee straps and haul oversized coolers three days a week with it. The wheel size is large enough to go over doorways and up and down stairs. It is defiantly a great bang for the buck item.
It is not a furniture dolly but is a hand truck designed to haul boxes and other items. I am not disappointed with this product and would purchase again.

You have to remember that it is a lightweight handtruck. The bottom plate tends to pop loose if you try and lift something heavier. But it is very handy I like it.

Good lightweight handtruck

I bought mine around 1995.  Paid $39.00 for it.  I have taken it everywhere and trust me it has saved my back and my body.  Been to Europe, Alaska, 12 Cruises.  I use it to unload the car.  Luggage, Airport travel, inside to Hotel Rooms, On to cruise Ships,  Cases of Pepsi, Water Bottles etc.  Would not be without it.  Yes, it has some issues.  You need straps to secure your items.  Sometimes they tilt a bit.  The original screws came loose but my son fixed them.  One of the foot brackets got lost.  Otherwise, this hand truck has been awesome.  Don't know what the new construction is like but my old one is still in service and I plan on using it for many years to come.  Routine maintenance and some TLC should work.  Highly recommend one.  If it fails to live up to your expectations, return it.  Simple fix.
