For use with Steel Magazine Rack Models 4310BL 4321BL and 4322BL (sold separately). From the Manufacturer Steel base is designed for use with Safco Steel Magazine Racks (sold separately). Increase rack location placement with a steel base. Use the base to stand magazine racks on the floor. Steel base has a powder-coat finish and weighs 2 lb.

STILL NOT RESOLVED. I thought I got the whole rack. Just the bottom came and the company has not gotten back to me. Alot of wasted money for a door stopper or something to throw at the dog. Probably my fault. It did say Base. But I just saw the picture and thought it was a whole storage unit.

This item arrived damaged. The shipping box was intact, so that was not the problem.
It was sent out that way. Returned damaged via UPS on 1/29/2015. Refund requested. I will never order with Walmart online again!!!!!!!!

The title for this leads one to believe it is the rack not just the base. The 'base only' is in micro print.
