Excellent service!

Gate is tall and very well made. I love that it's metal not hard plastic. It looks lovely.  My only issue is the space between the bars. I bought it to block off my new kitten from going down the stairs. He's so small he slipped right through. Going to have to figure out how to attach cloth or cardboard to the outside.

Fits and functions great!  I had a difficult time finding a gate with a good fit and this one worked perfectly. The only complaint is that the warning stickers stand out and are too difficult to remove. They should have blended in a bit better.

The bottom locks that flip down, my husband had to apply pressure and bend in…. They were not holding up.  This is a different colour from the other three I ordered on Amazon, I assumed it would match.  But moreso, was the quality issue being different from the “same ones” I ordered on Amazon….  I was not impressed about the bottom locks being loose.
