I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, her husband and their five children.  She loves it and uses it all the time - the swivel feature is a must if you purchase a garmet steamer.  She says she sledom brings out the iron.  The steam is much easier on delicate fabrics and the wrinkles fall out.

The product is good for its effectiveness on various clothing and fabric types. The inclusion of a stand and hanger is also a valuable feature. However, a small amount of additional space is required while using it. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase of this garment steamer.

Good product.

I purchased this for keeping wrinkles out of my backdrops (I'm a professional photographer). Have used it on six backdrops and it's amazing. I was able to do 2 backdrops that are 8 feet tall and 10 feet wide before needing to refill. You do have to keep the hose very straight. Once the hose starts to curl up it starts popping & doesn't produce steam. But it works good.

I have used several times since I bought it. the only bad is the steam pressure seems to be  weak when compared to higher priced ones I had. Overall I recommend it  for the value and space saving.

Is a good value steamer for the price.

The  steam is not strong. Had to go over tablecloth twice to get wrinkles out. By that time, I had to fill it back up with water. Plus, the stand for hose wouldn't always hold the house.  Too much work. End up ironing all the tablecloths

I used the steamer yesterday. I noticed that compared to my old steamer, the cord was shorter and the hose was shorter. It worked great. I went to use it again today and hardly any steam would come out. I could not steam my garment. I had to shake the hose to get steamed to come out. I even let it sit there for 10 minutes, and I could not see any steam coming out of the nozzle.

Despite allot of the negative reviews I read, I tried this in the hopes mine worked. It did not.
When I first ser it up, it didn't hear the water. I messed around with the water tank and then the water started to flow and heat. I attempted to steam a bed skirt...it left water sports all over the skirt and still left wrinkles, a little smoother, like something you would get straight out of the dryer.
With the time it took to get  it to function and then have it be hot or miss, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, it was to worth the game for me. I ended up returning the product.

Cheap plastic . Cheaply made. You get what you pay for. If you are looking for a good steamer this is certainly not the one at all. Not even close . You will end up with wrinkles as steam is weak.
