I have horrible low back pain. I was hurting one day like 8/10 pain scale. I applied one of these and it took about 1 hour and I could tell this patched helped my pain. Brought it down to a 3/10 pain scale. I would recommend and will be keeping these in stock!!!

I have broken bone in arm that's almost three weeks old. Excruciating at times. I use this pain patch and it helps ease most of the pain it works. I've used it before for severe lower back pain from arthritis same result.

I buy these regularly.  I find them hard to put on my back as I have no one to help. Sometimes they dont stick the first time. I think they do work! Chronic back pain.

I have use these and husband as well several times. They work great and stay on when applied! I always tell others about them when discussing aches and pains! Very good product!

They are unscented. For people who cannot digest pain medication and need the rare, yet strong aid for previously-broken bones or overworked tendons, these are great. Probably not a long-term solution, and not a cure, but it will get you through a pain spurt. If you cover them, they become too potent, and can cause nausea, but I have only seen that in frail middle-aged women.

Delivers Effective Pain Relief - No Upset Tummy

I add a broken rib but needed to get through my father's funeral. I saw an ad on TV and that that's exactly what I need.
You had in stock so I received it before before I needed it found out they were great. 
I've also used it on my lower back pain, which I'm going to do again today

Works great!

I'd recommend these  for minor pain. The legal amount of lidocaine is not sufficient to stop moderate and certainly not severe pain.  
However, a little relief might be better than no relief so I would recommend giving them a try. 
It's a great idea and I'd definitely buy them on a regular basis if the lidocaine dose was increased/and or the price came down. 
Other issues: Sometimes they do not stick on very well. Putting them on might be difficult for some.

I tried these Salonpas Lidocaine Gel Patches after a hospital stay to help with soreness and bruising around an IV site. The lidocaine itself works fine, but the patch does not stick well on the arm. I actually had to use my own medical tape to keep it in place, and none is included in the box.

I haven't tested it on my back or other areas yet, so it may work better elsewhere, but for arm use it just doesn't hold. Decent pain relief, but the adhesion needs improvement.

Doesn't Stick Well on the Arm

I did not get a lot of relief from these patches, and it was hard to get them onto my back since I had no one to do it for me. One came off during the night and stained my sheet. I had a hard time getting the stain out. I forgot to take one off once and got into the shower. It came off and was so slippery and gooey, I stepped on it and almost fell. I will not use these again.

Not what I expected

it is so expensive 
 the equate are so much cheaper. i will be returning the solanpas for the equate brand. When you substituted it for my equate brand the price doubled. i eosj since you substitited for another brand  that you had NOT substituted it at all or aleast equal in price. i will return it to store.
