Functionality

This has been my main Kettle for months! I use it about 3 times a day for my morning coffee and teas. Super durable - cool display and keeps the water hot longer than my last kettle

Keeps my water hot so I don't have to reboil. The temperature on the front of the kettle looks very futuristic. The numbers disappear when it's off and it becomes full gloss black. Super cool

Great Kettle. Love the way I am able to adjust boil temperatures. The double wall feature is a huge plus. I don't have to constantly re-boil the water.

Bought it mainly cause it had the temperature shown while boiling and that the inside is stainless steel. My old kettle had a plastic interior and it left a taste to the water. Haven't had this one long but works great so far. Personally I think I would like to have a physical method to turn on/off ad I feel sometimes I am not sure if he kettle is on or just that the display is lit up.

One thing I want people to know is: this kettle is heavy! It's definitely high quality - you can feel it. I don't use the other temperature selections very often because I'm not a tea drinker but I have gotten complimented on the 'cool' display

I bought this kettle almost two weeks ago. At first, I was really disappointed because its surface is not as matte as you can see in the photos. It's VERY shiny. So, if it's important to you, don't buy it. But it's my only complaint. In other aspects, this kettle is great. It looks modern and laconic; it has a cool display with the water temperature in real-time, and it makes sounds to remind me that water is already boiled. And it boils water a little bit faster than my old kettle.

Great kettle but too shiny

I bought my first kettle in 2021 and it stopped working (kettle didn't boil and showed an error on the display) just before the two-year mark. Since it was under warranty, we were sent a replacement. After a year, the replacement failed as well with the same problem. Even though I really liked the aesthetics of the kettle, the digital touch screen, temperature control, insulation, and most importantly that it was all stainless steel inside (no plastic), the lifespan of the product is too short. I will not be purchasing this model again.

Great functions but short lifespan

The issue of the kettle randomly shutting off seems to be a consistent problem. Nice product in terms of looks and build quality but the functions just does not work and the kettle shuts off every 20 seconds or so. I am back to using my Salton electric glass kettle.
