(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love this Salton frother! It's super easy to use and makes perfect hot or cold foam in less than a minute. The stainless steel design looks great on my counter, and it's easy to clean. I've used it to make lattes, cappuccinos, and even hot chocolate — the foam always comes out smooth and creamy. The cordless design is really convenient too. Totally worth it for anyone who enjoys café-style drinks at home!

Bought this 2 weeks ago - am in love with it!! I was surprised to read the reviews that said it didn't work, mine works really well, it's very easy to use and I get amazing froth. I like it so much, that this is the first time I've ever posted a review :)

Works well. The milk is well frothed and is warm. Cleaning is difficult, because you cannot soak the device in water.

I bought two foamers last month. One of the two stopped working after two days. The other works very well for the moment. It is very easy to use, cleans well and makes an exceptional foam.

I bought a Salton frother because I thought that it was a better value as it cost half the price of the Nespresso Aeroccino. Boy, was I wrong! Within two months of using this frother, it stopped working and glitched. Sometimes I would put it on the base and it started frothing on its own. Sometimes when I pressed the button it wouldn't start at all. Sometimes it started frothing and then stopped 5 seconds later (the normal functionality is that it stops when the milk is at a specific temperature). I emailed Salton and got a replacement. The replacement unit they sent me lasted 8 months and then it started showing the same problems. They replaced it for me a third time, and within 4 months this new unit was again showing the same problems. I'm well within my warranty which ends February 2020, but within two years of warranty I went through three units. I'm done, I'm buying an Aeroccino instead. Also - all the units start off great in terms of cleaning, but after a few weeks of use the bottom starts burning the milk and it sticks to the bottom and you can't wash it off with just a sponge anymore. I would always leave it soaking inside so it comes off when I wash it but once you use it for a few months you will start having to scrape the burnt milk from the bottom. Happened with all three units. Customer service was speedy and polite, but it's a poor quality product which doesn't help. That's it for me...

Don't buy this frother!

Only worked well the first time. Subsequent times it didn't froth and now the warm button doesn't work and it just starts frothing before pressing any buttons and is making a strange noise. Hopefully can return because it was a waste of money.

waste of money

I could not even power on the frother because it was sent to me not functioning. Quality service  prior to shipping seemed to me inexistant. Lots of time waisted!
